Abstract:
The current study aims to identify the level of some fitness elements represented in the
transition speed and the strength marked by speed and endurance of speed among football
referees according to their three degrees, as well as identifying the differences between the
three levels of referees in the variables under study. The sample size reached 30 referees for
the basic study and 10 referees for the exploratory study from the Football Referees' Society
in Libya and registered in the records of the Libyan General Union. In the third and the third
study variables, the second-degree rulers have their degrees equivalent to the general average
of the sample, while the results show deficiencies and weaknesses of the third-degree rulers
in the three study variables, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences
between the rulers of the first, second and third degrees in the variables under study And for
the benefit of rulers of the first degree on the second and third class.
