Abstract

There is no doubt that everything that is revealed to the Muslims has an obligatory ruling, fixed by the Qur’an and Sunnah, either with its evident or hidden evidence. Among these calamities are the emerging issues of zakat, we mention its forms and its ruling, with an explanation of its obligation according to the controls that, if any, are obligatory for the beneficiaries and their disbursements.
