dc.description.abstract This study aimed to study the effect of Electronic Management on Organizational Development. The population of this study consist of all managers, their assistants and heads of departments at all branches of Al Wahda Bank in Benghazi. The questionnaire was used as an essential tool for data collection, and the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a positive significant effect of Electronic Management on Organizational Development, and the security, legislative and human factors had stronger effect on the organizational development than other factors. The study recommended several recommendations that are hoped to promote Organizational Development and activate the implementation of Electronic Management in Al Wahda Bank in Benghazi en_US
