With the emergence of the Mu'tazila sect, their belief in the mental approach, and their knowledge of the sciences of Greece, it was natural for the process of intellectual and methodological influence to take place, Mu'tazilah spoke about the concept of natural law through their concept of justice, justice and human actions in what is known as the problem of "good and rational ugliness”. Therefore, this research aims to clarify the concept of natural law among Greek philosophers, the extent to which the Mu'tazila sect was affected by this concept, and how to adapt it to suit issues of Islamic thought in the light of the nature of the true Islamic religion.
