Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the extent to which faculty members use the skill of tolerance,
respect for the other, and teamwork during their teaching, and to know if there are
statistically significant differences in the opinions of sample members on the study variables
of tolerance, respect for the other, political awareness, belonging , and teamwork related to
the variables (gender and specialization) To achieve the goals of the study, the researcher
used the descriptive analytical approach through building a questionnaire that measures the
fields of study. The results showed that the faculty members are doing the skill of tolerance
and respect for the other and the skills of political awareness and teamwork. The results also
showed the existence of significant differences with statistical significance in the opinions of
the sample members on political awareness attributed for the gender variable, in favor of
males.
