Abstract

This research deals with ethics in the era of globalization and the changes that have brought about it in ethics and morals. Undoubtedly, ethics constitute in every nation the basis for its progress, the symbol of its civilization, and the fruit of its doctrine and principles. Heavenly religions have come to urge people to adhere to ethics. Islam considers "morals" a title for it, but rather formed the spiritual aspect of belief, and the Holy Prophet set the first goal of his mission by saying, "I have been sent to fulfill the morals." God Almighty described his Messenger as being on great creation by the Almighty saying "and you are on a great creation" Surat Al-Qalam Verse 4 and Islam affirms that religion is the treatment, that is, treating people with a good creation. This is evident through the words of the Holy Prophet, “A Muslim who delivers Muslims from his tongue and his hand.” Thus it is clear that worship is closely related to morality. He gave it up, and was disappointed. And the farmer is not limited here to individuals who are descending and adhering to morality, but rather includes the whole society that adheres to virtuous morals. From here comes the importance of this research, which deals with a group of axes through which we try to compare the ethics of Islam and ethics in the era of globalization and try to stand on the truth of those values and try to address them those values that threaten human and society to collapse and deterioration, especially as it spread in our time as a result of convergence in the era of globalization Behavioral patterns such as the spread of crime, hatred and hatred and the distance from the morals of Islam, as well as the impact of the era of globalization on the spread of poverty, wars and conflicts between different countries and cultures. We have been prompted to choose this topic to learn about the variables brought about by globalization on values and the impact of many young people on the ethics of new thought and their distance from the original values in Islamic thought, as well as the search for intellectual solutions to address this thought, which spread quickly through various media.The study came in the introduction, four axes, and a conclusion that included the most important results that we reached through preparing this study. The first axis came under the title of previous studies that dealt with the topic of globalization to get acquainted with these studies and their results. The second axis: It came under the title: concepts and terms in which we dealt with a set of terms related to globalization, including: ethical thinking, globalization, cultural globalization, economic globalization, political globalization. The third axis: The concept of globalization came under the title Globalization and we discussed in it how globalization and its historical emergence and its various definitions emerged As for the fourth and final axis, it came under the title Ethics in the era of globalization. We have reached through this study a set of results from it Islamic ethics has distinguished from the ethics of globalization by being based on the book and the Sunnah, while Western ethics is based on ancient philosophies and modern secular trends, Islamic morals are valid for every time and place, and for the good of mankind, the success of man and the safety of the people, government and society. ”Globalization seeks in its political, economic and cultural dimensions. To capitalizing the world, then to its liberalization, then to its secularization, and finally its Americanization, by building a Western model - adopted by the peoples of the world as a whole, and which depends on the publication of liberal (liberal) capitalist values - controlled and led by the United States of America, globalization is an ideological process.
