dc.description.abstract	The study aimed to know the level of ambition to students of the Faculty of Education at the University of Misurata , and whether there are differences in the level of ambition due to gender and specialization, and the sample of research consisted of "278" students, who were chosen in the random sample method, and the researchers used the level of ambition by "Amal Abaza ", And the results of the study found that the level of ambition is present at an average degree for the members of the sample. Also, the results of the study did not find significant statistical differences between the averages of the degrees of males and females in the level of ambition according to the variables of gender (male-female) and specialization.	en_US
