dc.description.abstract |
This research aimed at an important exception regarding the doctor’s commitment to
maintain the patient's confidentiality, which is to report an infectious diseases. It focused on
the concept of the patient’s confidentiality, its conditions, the perspective of Islamic law on
that , and prioritizing doctor's obligation to report infectious diseases over patient's
confidentiality under certain regulations of doing so and the penalty for breaching them , in a
comparative approach between Islamic jurisprudence and Libyan legislation. The research
came in an introduction, two articles, and a conclusion . |
