Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of administrative communication in achieving the effectiveness of administrative decisions of school principals in primary and secondary education in Al-Abyar municipality. The study adopts the descriptive analytical approach as a method to achieve its desired goal, and uses the questionnaire method as a tool for data collection, and uses the (SPSS) in data analysis. The results of the study revealed, in general, that There is an effect of the dimensions of administrative communication on the effectiveness of administrative decisions in the study community.
