dc.description.abstract The aim of the study is to try to find out the reasons for poor distribution of employees among the economical activates in shahat city and their effects, through the study of demographical, apparent differences in size of employees from one sector to another. The study also shows that the economical rate of employees was going to be higher, whereas, the rate increased from: 19.5% in 1973 to: 26.3% of the total population in 1995, but the economical rate activities was clearly high, whereas their average during the period of the study (1973-1995) was about 86.1%. Regarding the primarily and secondly activities the share of the share of the total of the employees was less. This was due to a number obstacles which prevented the development of these activities such as ( agriculture and industrial activities ), whereas , these sectors did not get the required care and attention from the state . this led to increase of investment size dedicated to these sectors due to poor planning in addition to changes which the country faced due decrease of oil income which led to immigration of a big number from agriculture sector and industrial sector to the sector of services. Generally , this study reached to presentation of some result which leads to understanding of the difference of employees size from one economical activity to another and the effects of these differences . en_US
