Abstract:
The study aimed to identify "the impact of a proposed training program on improving some
physical and planning variables among young footballers in the Libyan league. The
researcher used the experimental approach to suit his nature of the study. To achieve this, the
study was conducted on a sample of 30 players divided equally to Al-Nasr Sports Club and
Al-Najma Sports Club, It was deliberately distributed into two experimental and control
groups. The experimental group represented the 15 Al-Nasr Sports Club players. The control
group represented the 15-star Al-Najma Sports Club players. After collecting data, the
Statistical Packages Program (SPSS) was used to analyze the results. The results of the study
indicated that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≥
05.0) in the dimensional measurement on all physical variables between the members of the
experimental and control groups and for the benefit of the experimental group. Postmeasurement on all the variables of the plan except for correction between the members of
the experimental and control groups and for the benefit of the experimental group, and one of
the most important recommendations recommended by the researcher is the need to apply
such codified training programs that are concerned with the physical and planning aspect of
the Libyan League clubs.
