Abstract:
The current study aims to identify the difficulties facing students of the Kindergarten
Department in the Musical Education course at the Faculty of Education / Omar Al-Mukhtar
University, the dome branch, and the study and sample community consisted of all
kindergarten students, and after the researcher conducted a survey which is an open form that
included (16) A student to identify the difficulties facing female students, and after collecting
the forms and reviewing the responses of the students to the open questionnaire, a closed
questionnaire was designed and applied to the basic study sample after confirming its
apparent sincerity by presenting it to seven specialized experts in the College of Education at
Omar Al-Mukhtar University, after verifying the two measures using Retest method, Thestudy tool consisted of a questionnaire consisting of (31) paragraphs distributed in six areas,
namely: difficulties related to the goals, difficulties related to the curriculum, difficulties
related to the lecturer, difficulties related to teaching methods, difficulties related to students,
difficulties related to assessment and testing methods. The study used the descriptive
analytical method, and after analyzing the data statistically using the Pearson correlation
coefficient, weighted mean and percentage weight, the study reached a number of results, the
most important of which are:
1. Female students are not aware of all the objectives of the music education course.
2. The large number of courses.
3. Lack of emphasis on the use of educational aids.
4. The teaching method cares more about the theoretical side than the practical side.
5. The female students' motivation towards the music education course.
6. Formulation of exam questions is not clear for most students.
