Abstract

Background: due to the format change values there is a change in attitudes and behaviour patterns because of the suffering of the society of conflicts of values and therefore, this change resulting from the moral conflict requires research and study to determine the impact of the conflict on the moral community cohesion. Aims: the Libyan society, youth is building strength truth in the community and is able to be a strong push is happening for the development of society is considerable force and can be used in development sought by the community.
