dc.description.abstract Sulfonamide and Benzoic acid play a significant role regarding the treatment and inhibition of bacteria and its side effect on human health. Due to this, different analytical techniques with various adjustments to their parameters have been highlighted as an important challenge that should be tested in order to achieve the most efficient separation process, and thus to enable both qualitative and quantitative measurements of these substances. Therefore, the separation of the above-named compounds had been conducted by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) technique. Moreover, the comparison between both compounds in terms of organic, buffer and voltage at 25kV, 20kV had was achieved. Hence, this work was performed to determine the optimum experimental conditions of capillary voltage, with keeping ionic strength of buffer and percentage of organic modifier constant due to experimental time constraints. en_US
