https://repository.uob.edu.ly/handle/123456789/26 Sun, 25 Oct 2026 09:30:43 GMT 2026-10-25T09:30:43Z https://repository.uob.edu.ly/handle/123456789/1435 معوقات تبني مفهوم المستثمر الملاك كمصدر تمويل للمشروعات الريادية من وجهة نظر الاكاديميين المختصين بالجامعات الليبية عبدالسلام علي محمد, أ. مسعد يعتبر مفهوم المستثمر الملاك حديث نسبيا بالمنطقة العربية عامة وليبيا خاصة. يعرف المستثمر الملاك بأنه الشخص الذي يملك مقدرة مالية و خبرة عليمة متراكمة، يوجه كليهما للشركات الناشئة الجديدة لغرض مساعدتها علي البقاء حتي تصل لتحقيق الربحية و الاستمرارية (Mckaskill,2009) . قدم المستثمر الملاك نموذجا ناجحا لنوع جديد ممن المستثمرين ساهم بشكل واضح في تحويل أفكار ريادية الي شركات عملاقة تقدر إيراداتها ورؤوس أموالها بالمليارات. تهدف هذه الدراسة الي التعريف بمفهوم المستثمر الملاك وما يواجهه من معوقات تحد من دوره في دعم الأفكار الريادية. حددت الدراسة طرفين مهمين لهما تأثير علي تذليل المعوقات المعرفية و الإجرائية اتجاه انتشار هذا المفهوم , هذه الأطراف هي : الجامعات الليبية و تمثلها جامعة بنغازي , سوق الأوراق المالية الليبي . تم جمع البيانات من خلال استبانة موزعة و بعد ان تم تحليلها احصائيا , توصلت الدراسة الي ان الأطراف المذكورة لها تأثير سلبي واضح في عدم توضيح مفهوم المستثمر الملاك او دعم تطبيقه و انتشاره . كما قدمت الدراسة دليلا علميا على ضياع مصدر التمويل مهم جدا للمشروعات الريادية يمثله المستثمر الملاك Mon, 25 Nov 2019 00:00:00 GMT https://repository.uob.edu.ly/handle/123456789/1435 2019-11-25T00:00:00Z https://repository.uob.edu.ly/handle/123456789/1192 Empowering Employees and its Impact on the Quality of Banking Services Elsahati, Wafa Ali Abdelsalam;
