أثر التباعد الاجتماعي على الاحتفاظ بالعملاء في ظل جائحة كورونا د.مريم, محمد حسن The study aims to explore characteristics of Libyan consumer committed to social distancing as a preventive measure since the outbreak of the Coronavirus. Also, this study aims to investigate the impact of social distancing, customer retention. And whether there are differences customers' opinion on the social distancing and customer retention variables is related to age, education and income. The study community consists of all the retail customers in Libya, the survey used a questionnaire, which analyzed by a statistical program (SPSS), the sample responses were 186 of the total sample. The results have shown, customers in Libyan shops have found since the outbreak of the new Coronavirus committed to maintaining the rules of social distancing as a basic measure of preventing the virus. A significant effect between social distancing and customer retention. There is also a significant difference between the opinion of customers on social distancing that is related to the level of education, also there is no difference between the customer's opinions on the retention variable for the customer is related to the demographic variables age, educational level and income. This study suggests avenues for further scholarly research and policymaking related to the impact this behavior may be having around the world on society’s more vulnerable group, particularly gander, consumer satisfaction and future researchers to study the relationship between the variables.

THE MEDIATING ROLE OF CUSTOMER DELIGHT IN THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CUSTOMER EMPOWERMENT, SERVICE RECOVERY AND RE-PATRONAGE INTENTIONS APPLIED TO EGYPTIAN TELECOM COMPANIES د.مريم, محمد حسن The research aimed to identify the direct and indirect effects of Customer Delight in the relationship between customer empowerment and service recovery on re-patronage intentions, Sample was selected from customers of Egyptian telecom companies (Vodafone, Orange, Etisalat, Telecom Egypt - WE). descriptive approach was used which depends on testing the relationships between variables, the results showed that there was a relationship between customer empowerment, service recovery when mediating customer delight at a significant level of 0.001. As there was a significant effect between customer empowerment and customer delight at the level of significant 0.001, the results also found a significant effect of service recovery on customer delight at the level of 0.001, and there was a significant effect of service recovery on re-patronage intentions at a significant level of 0.001, while there was a significant effect of customer empowerment on re-patronage intentions at a significant level of 0.05, There was also a significant effect of customer delight on re-patronage intentions at a significant level of 0.001, and the results concluded that the mediation type of customer delight in the relationship between customer empowerment ,service recovery and re-patronage intentions was partial, Where the mediation rate of customer empowerment to re-patronage intentions when mediating customer delight was 31%, while the mediation rate of service recovery on re-patronage intentions when mediating customer delight was 69%.

أسباب عدم تطبيق مفهوم الإدارة الإلكترونية بالجامعات الليبية من وجهة نظر موظفي الجامعة خالد محمد, زهمول المؤسسات التعليمية الجامعية هي واحدة من أهم المؤسسات التي تقدم خدمات مباشرة للطلاب في جميع أنحاء البلاد،لذلك يجب تطوير هذه الخدمات من خلال عرضها وسهولة الوصول إليها ولا يمكن تحقيق ذلك إلا من خلال استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة والمتقدمة وإدماجها في النظام الاداري بالجامعة. وبالتالي فإن هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى استكشاف الاسباب والقيود التي قد تحول دون تنفيذ الإدارة الإلكترونية بدلاً من الإدارة التقليدية بالمؤسسات التعليمية الجامعية وتسليط الضوء على أهمية أساليب الإدارة الإلكترونية. هذه الدراسة مهمة من خلال مساهمتها في تطوير الأداء في مؤسسات التعليم العالي العام ونقلها من الإدارة التقليدية إلى الإدارة الإلكترونية ، من خلال استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في العمل الإداري وترك الوثائق التقليدية ، للحد من الفساد الإداري السائد في هذه المؤسسات ، وقد تم تحديد جامعة صبراتة كدراسة حالة من خلال أخذ عينة عشوائية من مديري الادارات والمراكز والمكاتب والموظفين العاملين بالإدارة العامة للجامعة تستخدم الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي نظرًا لملاءمة هذا المنهج لهذا النوع من البحث ، من خلال جمع البيانات باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية للدراسة ، ثم تحليل واستخراج النتائج منه. ولقد أظهرت النتائج الرئيسية لهذه الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاسباب الإدارية والمالية والبشرية والتقنية وتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في جامعة صبراتة. وتوصي الدراسة الحالية باستخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية بالجامعة وترك طريقة الإدارة التقليدية في أقرب وقت ممكن من أجل تطوير قطاع التعليم العالي وتخفيف الخسائر في الوقت والمال.
