علاقة جزيرة ساموس بكريني من القرن السادس اىل الثالث قبل الميلاد أ . قمرة, رجب عبدالحميد الاثرم تقع جزيرة ساموس شمال بحر إيجة وتتميز الجزيرة بطبيعتها الجغرافية الجبلية والمليئة بمختلف أنواع الاشجار, لقد كانت من أغنى الأماكن اليونانية وتشتهر بالعجائب المعمارية العديدة للعالم القديم, وتعد جزيرة الآلهة اليونانية القديمة, ولقد أقام في الجزيرة العديد من العلماء والفلاسفة. يعتمد اقتصاد ساموس علي الزراعة نظرا لوفرة الأراضي الصالحة للزراعة في الجزيرة . اما كيريني فهي مدينة تاريخية أسسها الإغريق في أقصى شمال شرق ليبيا, وتأسست في حدود سنة 631ق.م عن طريق المغامرين الإغريق, وكان باتوس أول حاكم للمدينة التي شهدت أوج ازدهارها من نشاط زراعي وتجاري في القرن الرابع ق.م. لقد اشار هیرودوت إلى أن هناك مجموعة عناصر من كريت وجزيرة ساموس ساهمت في إنشاء كيريني وأدى ذلك إلي تقويه الروابط التجارية بينهما.

يوغرثا سيد نوميديا (118-110ق.م) د.فاطمة, على عمر الشيخي تعد شخصية يوغرثا "Jugurtha" (118 – 105 ق.م) أبن مستانبال "Mastanbal " وحفيد الإقيليد ماسينيسا (Aguellid Massnissa) (202-148 ق.م). كان من أبرز الشخصيات التاريخية التي تميزت بالأستقلالية ومجابهة أطماع روما في السيطرة على نوميديا، الأمر الذي أدى إلى نشوب حرب بين الطرفين، أفرد لها المؤرخ اللاتيني ساللوستيوس كتابا خاصاً سماه " حرب يوغرثا " - لكثرة القلاقل والحرب التي خاضها ضد الرومان ، عرقلت مسيرته في بناء وطنه نوميديا. فقد كان يتطلع لتحقيق سيادة واستقلال نوميديا؛ كان يتطلب أولا التخلص من أتباع روما في مملكته، حتى لا يعرقلوا وحدة نوميديا واستقلالها، فكان ملكا يتمتع بذكاء سياسي، ودهاء عسكري منقطع النظير.

مملكة نوميديا من القرن التاسع إلى القرن الثالث ق.م د.فاطمة, على عمر الشيخي تتميز مملكة نوميديا بموقع جغرافي على جانب كبير من الأهمية، حيث تنوعت أقاليمها الجغرافية ، وفق طبيعة التضاريس والمناخ وما تمتعت به البلاد من موارد وثروات طبيعية ، كان لها دور كبير في مجريات الأحداث التي تناولتها هذه الدراسة. بما فيها مفهوم تسمية البلاد ، وأصول السكان، من قبائل الماسيلي والماساسيلي والنوميداي ، ودورهم في تأسيس الجانب السياسي لمملكة نوميديا بصفة عامة منذ القرن التاسع ق.م حتى بدايات القرن الثالث ق.م وطبيعة علاقة نوميديا بقرطاجة في محاولة لسد بعض ما تخلل التسلسل التاريخي من ثغرات وفجوات.

الاوضاع السياسية في نوميديا بعد سقوط قرطاجة (148ق.م-110ق.م) د.فاطمة, على عمر الشيخي يتناول هذا البحث سياسة الملك مكيبسا "Micipsa" (148 -118 ق.م) -أبن الأقيليد ماسينيسا - الداخلية والخارجية ، وعلاقات مكيبسا بالرومان ، ومحاولاته للتخلص من أبن أخيه يوغرثا، وإبعاده عن وراثة العرش من بعده . وفي المبحثين الثاني والثالث تناولت الصراع بين يوغرثا وأبناء عمه، ومن ثم نجاحه في الوصول إلى عرش.
